Information you choose to provide

When you submit the practice-interest form, we may collect your name, practice or organization, role, email address, phone number, city and state, interest level, estimated quantity, notes, consent choices, and a reference number. When you submit the demand form, we may collect your name, email address, organization, the audience you represent, your message, and your consent choice.

Please do not include patient names, diagnoses, treatment details, or other protected health information in either form.

How we use it

We use submissions to respond to you, understand what practices and partners need, evaluate demand for WSW Solution, communicate with prospective manufacturers and dental-supply distributors, maintain nonbinding interest records, and protect the forms from abuse.

We may use a normalized email identifier and a hashed client identifier in our database to enforce submission and sign-in limits. These identifiers are used for security controls, not advertising.

Email and service providers

If email notifications are configured, submitted information may be transmitted through Resend, our transactional email provider, so we can send a response to you and a notification to the owner. The website and response records are hosted through GoDaddy and its managed database services.

Our forms state that responses may be shared confidentially with prospective dental-supply distributors and manufacturers to assess demand. We do not publish a practice’s name or claim clinical endorsement without separate permission.

Advertising and analytics

No advertising identifiers are active in the current configuration. Optional tracking controls are retained in the site structure, but they do not activate advertising scripts by themselves. If that changes, this notice will be updated.

Retention, correction, or withdrawal

We retain submissions while evaluating the product and maintaining related business records. To request a correction or withdrawal, email nathan@wswsolution.com and include your reference number when available.

Security and access

Response records are restricted to the owner response desk. We use secure sessions, database-backed abuse limits, and encrypted hosting connections where provided by the hosting platform. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
